Meeting attendance is by invitation only.

The organization and flow of each meeting:

• Structured to facilitate networking and establishment of mutually beneficial business relationships;

• Cross between International Real Estate Finance Advisory Council ("IREFAC") and Hotel Asset Managers Association ("HAMA") formats;

• No note taking allowed;

• Roundtable:  personal introductions & backgrounds;

• Roundtable:  general company information;

• Roundtable:  analysis and debate of industry trends and activities;

• Roundtable:  personal networking and referral opportunities;

• Suggestions for improvement.

Exposure Opportunities:

For those members who would also like to increase their industry-wide exposure, we will continue to pursue panel speaking opportunities and other "print-oriented" events including roundtable discussions with industry publications such as Hotel & Motel Management magazine.  Speaking opportunities at all major hotel industry conferences will also be pursued on behalf of the members.  These venues will serve as great opportunities to increase the exposure of you and your company with minimal time commitments outside of the activity itself.
